Custom briquetting line

At Briklis, we have completed another project heading to Germany – this time with a clear assignment and specific requirements from the customer.

The goal was to maintain the original handling of the trolleys, handle the impact amount of chips while achieving an output of 300 kg/h for aluminum.

We designed a tailor-made solution:

• a large-capacity four-screw hopper connected directly to the press
• smart sensors monitoring the filling in all nodes
• optimized space for safe chip collection and operation
• and most importantly – our iSwarf 550 briquetting press, which takes the chips as it needs them.

Several large boxes of chips at the input ➡️ compact briquettes at the output. Minimum mess, no unnecessary movements, maximum efficiency.
