Briklis at the aerospace and defense industry conference
On June 5, 2024, the 5th year of the conference on the topic “Expected development of the aerospace and defense industry in the Czech Republic and the world,” which we participated in, took place. This conference was an opportunity to exchange experiences and knowledge between experts and we were glad to be a part of it.
Briklis presentation
Our presentation generally focused on briquetting, its benefits and the introduction of our company. Briquetting is a process in which metal shavings are compressed into compact briquettes, which brings a number of benefits. Above all, it is an effective way to reduce the volume of waste, facilitate its handling and at the same time obtain a valuable secondary raw material resource and at the same time significantly improve this secondary raw material resource.
For many years, the Briklis company has specialized in the production of briquetting presses that are adapted to the needs of various industries. At the conference, we presented our main products and innovations.
The concept of a small briquetting press under CNC machine tools
One of our innovative solutions is a small briquetting press that can be placed directly under the CNC machine tool. This compact press is ideal as a finishing touch to robotic workplaces where waste is continuously generated and must be removed continuously and manually. It therefore enables efficient processing of waste directly on site, thus saving space and costs for handling and transportation, allows the return of machining fluids back to production, and improves the cleanliness of the environment.
Large press for greater chip production and chip binding
We offer large briquetting presses for larger production facilities and businesses that generate larger quantities of chips. These presses are capable of processing a larger volume of material and are ideal for centralized binding of veneers from several production lines. Thanks to this device, it is possible to effectively manage waste production and minimize logistics costs.
The trend of lightweighting materials
In the current aerospace and defense industry, the trend is to reduce weight, to lighten materials, which includes, for example, the use of aluminum and composite materials. The increased production of these products from these industries also leads to a higher production of waste material, making briquetting an even more important process.
Participating in this conference allowed us to present our innovations and solutions that contribute to efficient and sustainable waste processing. We are happy to contribute to environmentally responsible business and look forward to further challenges and opportunities in this dynamically developing industry.
