Briquetting press service training

For our partners, we organize briquetting press servicing training as a standard in order to improve the quality of our services for customers. This week we have completed one such training. We were able to welcome colleagues from the field, namely technicians from the company Industrial Solutions Group Sp. z o. o., which is our partner for Poland, where he is in charge of the sales section of presses for metal waste – chips from machining. After the training, they will be able to deal not only with the maintenance and operation of the press, but also with the service itself. Service clearly belongs to the advantages of the presses supplied by us and is an integral and important part of the whole concept of supplying our products. During the training, we cover topics from theory such as mechanics, hydraulics, electricity, software, as well as practice. There is an illustrative demonstration of servicing a briquetting press, this week BrikStar MD with practical training. Let’s hope that they will use the acquired experience in their practice!
