Participation in the project Realization of energy savings in the company BRIKLIS, spol. s r.o.

We took part in the project entitled Realization of energy savings in the company BRIKLIS, spol. s.r.o., which is co-financed by the European Union.

The aim of the project is to reduce the overall energy consumption in the company by investing in the replacement of the compressor and the water jet cutting machine.

The new compressor, thanks to the technology used, brings more efficient production of technological air.

The acquisition of a new waterjet cutting machine with a more perfect 3D head allows us to offer our customers a more perfect cut quality. Other advantages undoubtedly include lower energy requirements, lower consumption of technological air, better dosage of abrasive. The machine is also equipped with software for diagnostics and fault prediction. At the same time, it enables energy management of the machine.

The machine is a Czech product of PTV spol. s.r.o..

This technology is successfully used for cutting material without thermal load, and at the same time it is possible to cut all materials that are not damaged by direct contact with water, e.g. glass, iron, steel, plastics and others.
